Terms of Service

We offer informational content, a contact form, a calendar booking tool, and a free Processing Health Check service where you submit merchant statements and receive a written analysis. Use of the Health Check is at our discretion and is not a contract for ongoing services unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Only submit statements and information you have the right to share.
• Do not upload malware, illegal content, or anything containing third-party PII you are not authorized to disclose.
• Provide accurate contact information so we can deliver your review.

Our review summarizes fees, rates, and workflow observations based on the statements you provide. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Decisions you make based on the review are your own.

Examples like “average $1,400 in monthly savings found” reflect typical results across businesses we've reviewed. Your results depend on your processor, volume, mix of card brands, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific savings.

All site content, branding, and the format of our reviews remain our property. You may use your Health Check internally to negotiate with your processor; you may not republish or resell it.

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or access areas of the service not intended for you. We may rate-limit, suspend, or refuse service for abuse.

The site and the Health Check are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Partner Bridge Commerce's total liability for any claim related to the site or the free Health Check is limited to USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Partner Bridge Commerce is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
