This page explains, in plain English, what Partner Bridge Commerce (“Partner Bridge,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is maintained by Partner Bridge Commerce and is not legal advice.
1. Information you share with us
When you submit our contact form, request a free Processing Health Check, or book a call, you may share:
- Your name, business name, email, and phone number
- Merchant processing statements you upload for review
- Notes or questions you include in the message field
We only collect what we need to respond to your request and deliver your review.
2. Information collected automatically
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect aggregated, non-identifying usage data (e.g. which pages were viewed, referring source). With analytics disabled or undecided, we do not load analytics scripts. We always log a small amount of security and abuse-prevention data (timestamps, request metadata) regardless of cookie choice.
3. How we use it
- To prepare and deliver your free Processing Health Check
- To reply to inquiries and schedule calls
- To send transactional emails (submission receipts, status updates)
- To send occasional marketing emails — only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time
- To detect abuse, debug issues, and improve the service
We do not sell your information. We do not share statement contents with third parties for marketing.
4. Where it's stored
Submissions and uploaded statements are stored in a private, encrypted database and object store operated by our cloud provider. Access is restricted by row-level security and least-privilege access controls. See our Security page for details.
5. How long we keep it
- Uploaded statements: retained for up to 24 months after delivery of your review, then deleted on request or on schedule
- Contact form messages: retained for up to 36 months for follow-up and audit purposes
- Marketing email records: retained until you unsubscribe, then suppressed permanently
6. Your choices
- Access, correction, deletion — email us and we will act within 30 days.
- Marketing opt-out — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or use the /unsubscribe page.
- Cookies — manage analytics consent via the cookie notice at the bottom of any page.
7. Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above.
